Dr. Leung has been working with me for almost two years, and he has been thorough, diligent and very knowledgeable. It frustrates me to see the one-star reviews of this excellent physician. Yes, he is to-the-point and straight to business. This is not disrespect, nor rudeness. It is efficiency. I respect his time and expertise, and he shows that he respects his patients' time by not running late. I am grateful to be in his care.

I really like Dr Yu, has been a great support of dealing with issues. On the other hand the receptionist is rude as I requested a refill on meds she told me not to wait until the last minutes and I was trying to explain to her the situation and kept cutting me off and book a phone consult for 3 weeks later which i didnt I was trying with my pharmacy and sending refill request to the office and was denied as she said to the pharmacy I had to call to book a phone consult with the Yu in order to refill. Once I spoke to Dr Yu, he told me in the future just have the pharmacy send a refill request. I am an appointment in person in 3 weeks and definitely mentioned this to him, it was not the first time she was rude to me especially on the phone. But like I said Im a patient for Dr Yu and will continue to see him cause he is a very good Doctor. Thanks

I had an appointment two days ago with Dr.Leung and I have to say his bedside manner did not live up to the clinics name. His demeanor and attitude towards myself and to my wife was disrespectful. The moment he came into the exam room he seemed to be on the offence. He was arrogant and rude to the point my wife had to ask if he was having a bad day but that didnt stop him from being abrupt and curt. In that moment we have both decided that we will not come back to see Dr.Leung or the clinic again. This experience left a bitter taste. I do not recommend this clinic at all.
