        Some fake 5 star reviews on here from people involved with this business. Horrendous unprofessional service. They have lost many accounts since they were bought over by Fran . Mr Reid remained on The Board & made sure the Co made deals to benefit themselves. The Owner & Superintendent are dishonest & bully seniors & cleaners . They take complete control of the place. If you complain they start ignoring or harassing you & do harm with intentional acts to cost you much damage & cost. If they are exposed the condo owners pay heavy costs. Many people have left the building because of them.

        We are very impressed with how professional Reid Property Management has been. Over the past 2 years, they have been very open and responsive to our concerns/ suggestions. We have resided in a few condominiums in Ottawa where the lack of timely communication was extremely frustrating. We are very impressed with Dane Orieux and would like to thank her and Mike Fraser very much.
