The worst management you can ever imagine!! Our fence has been displaced and on the ground since the big storm in Ottawa (about 4-5 months ago) and up until today its still not repaired even after calling over 20 times!! A nightmare! Never imagined we could be dealing with such an unprofessional company with terrible customer service!

Absolutely unresponsive and unhelpful. They are not only not proactive, they have actively been negligent with their responsibilities, have been lazy about getting competitive contracts for services (snow, grass etc) at cost to owners, and are in the builders pocket and do not act as a responsible agent for owners. Strongly advise folks to proceed with caution if considering hiring them.

After reading the reviews I expected the worst, but maybe things were different 2 years ago. I called them up for my current issue and 2 days later I got a visit and inspection with work starting as I write this. Not sure if people are just miserable or expect to be treated like gods, this is a property management company with many units and you have to expect that contractors don't always have time to help same day. When you call ask for Derick i think he's italian, chill guy
