Charron Counselling & Psychotherapy

I have taught and practiced yoga with Sofie several times over the past year, virtually over video calls. We discussed and exchanged on themes of self-care, daily routines and habits, and how weaving in movement, breath work, meditation practice, yogic cleansings, and Ayurvedic nutrition, can all further towards balance and living more mindfully. Her psychotherapy background has given me different perspectives to consider and to add onto my practices. It's been a pleasure connecting with her each time, and I highly recommend her. Vincent

Ive taken part in both workshops and yoga classes facilitated, lead and organized by Sofie Charron. Her thoughtfulness, consideration and attention to detail is apparent in everything she does. For her Self-Love retreat in November 2021, she picked a beautiful cabin out for it to take place in. She made sure to make everyone feel comfortable, seen, and had the choice to be vulnerable (or not). The structure of the day was clear from the beginning to end, from setting our intentions, to yoga that is welcoming to even the most apprehensive beginner. Though we entered as a group of strangers, we left feeling like a group of old friends. Her warmth makes every space feel sacred and her professionalism makes it feel safe. I cannot recommend her highly enough, as a leader and facilitator. She is outstanding in every sense of the word
