We are very happy of the service Martel Real Estate provided to our 10+ vaious buy & sell real estate needs over the last 20 years. Our final transfaction with Lucie Martel, prior to us moving out of Ottawa area, was selling our primary residence of 19 years in 2023. BTW she sold us the land we custom built our home on in 2004. Her negotiating skill is outstanding and her understanding of the real estate martket is remarkable.
