Romana was amazing to work with! She was recommended to us by a good friend and we are so happy with our decision! I met with Romana a year before we started looking and she gave me so much advice! As a young couple it was the first house we purchased and we were novices on all aspects of the real estate market. We were selling our condo and purchasing a new home and she was very passionate and gave us a lot of guidance. We sold our home in 4 days and found our new one quickly as well! Very happy and would recommend her to anyone!

We have worked with Romana and Guy for three transactions. In 2011 we bought our home with them, in 2012 we bought an investment property with them, and they helped us sell it in July 2019. We have had nothing but great experiences with Guy and Romana. Their advice was always spot on whether we were buyers or sellers. They were responsive and did an amazing job with the recent sale in positioning our property for a quick sell (4 days!) and counseled us very wisely with multiple offers. We really felt they were our partners. Cannot say enough good things about their knowledge, expertise and service. They are also great people to be around.

I am so glad that I chose the Walker Kosch Team for the recent sale of my townhouse in Riverside South. Guy Walker was my realtor and made my whole experience one that I felt well informed and in control of throughout. Guy and Romana both worked tirelessly to help me stage and sell my townhouse during a challenging Covid-19 time period. The sale was quick, convenient and resulted in a multiple offer situation where I received a final offer higher then asking price. The feature sheets and 3D video helped to represent the sale effectively giving great exposure and fantastic presentation. The Walker Kosch Team also helped my with past sales and purchases of other home as well as a rental property when I first moved to the Ottawa area. Guy has consistently set me up with the right tools to search for homes and organized many viewings of properties that I have been interested in and/or purchased. He has worked with me during the week and on weekends and evenings with follow ups and advice that always gave me a real feel for the market I was in. In some cases, the sales and purchases were made from out of town. Guy was always available and flexible in meeting my needs and I was always represented efficiently and effectively.
