New Leader Advantage

The New Leader Advantage team put together an amazing retreat for our company. Fahd's directive coaching style allowed our rowdy team to get through activities with organization and clarity. He was able to adapt and adjust his training activities based on our team's energy levels throughout the day and captivated each and everyone of us. As a team we are now able to relate to one another better and can continue our growth at a higher rate. During the company retreat, we were able to get the same amount of work done as a normal operating office day on top of having great activities lead by the NLA team.
