        Not sure, but it seemed like there were two new staff members on duty. They didn't know what they were doing. Didn't know a raisin bran muffin from a blueberry one (had asked for the former but was given the latter; when I went back up to exchange it, I didn't watch what the guy was doing and he gave me *another* blueberry muffin! In the process, the raisin bran muffin tray was dropped on the floor and had to be removed altogether.) Hello?! My husband had asked for a toasted bagel and a doughnut and the woman who placed her order after him got her toasted bagel before he got his. Say what? I mean, I understand about ladies first but didn't know that was still being honoured! Thank goodness we're not from around here and don't have to depend on this Timmy's in the future. Sorry for those of you who do!

        Bagel had next to no cream cheese. How can a staff member pass that through the window. Usually, things are at least mediocre. This bagel was a joke.
