        Unfriendly staff try to end call when unable to provide answer or give any form of resolution. Next to impossible to reach Michael Ferguson directly. Only uses email at best. Overcharged has not provided breakdown and account for time spent on issue. Did not follow through with suggested time frame or cost and no updates. Real estate issues seem fine. However I would not recommend he handle Wills or Estate issues. It cost more to pick up the deceased Will than it did to prepare the will. Extremely upsetting to deal with while grieving..

        Norman Pickell was my lawyer when I was severely beaten by a man who I was abused by when I lived in Goderich. I had stitches in my head and broken ribs and bruises everywhere. I went to him for advice after the beating. He was all there to take on my case. I moved to London and was not able to work because of court appearances. I received $2000 for my injuries and Norman collected the rest. After that I got letters to say how much he collected on my behalf. It took me years to get over this and feel that Norman Pickell is just out for himself.
