        I have been using this branch for the last four years and have always received excellent service. There are minimal or rare lineups and friendly staff members.

        I need to ask my branch a simple question regarding a wire transfer. Have been on hold at the contact centre for 15 minutes then when i finally get through, they cut me off!. Now the wait is 20 min to speak with a represenative at the contact centre when i can talk to the branch and get this info in 2 minutes. I am trying to avoid going in the branch due to covid. Scotiabank needs get their act together and put the phone numbers back to the branches. I dont' have another 20 minutes to waste today.
