        Communication can be improved. I had to followup twice to have trees planted by promised date. Also, staff need to be trained on how to properly plant trees and shrubs; holes dug were same size as the pots.. Peat moss was pushed in hole sides, I thought this odd. This is not good practice, it will girdle the root ball, which I found out later when i researched, should have done so BEFORE so I could instruct their staff the correct way to plant small trees and shrubs.
