Room was nice. Service not so nice. Payment was processed without authorization. My friend and I were splitting the bill and we were assured we could do that when we checked out. NOT THE CASE! Charges were put on one credit card. No room service at all. Apparently for $400 you have to make a special request to get your beds made and replenish towels and coffee supplies. That is ridiculous in my opinion. TV did not work, had to get special instructions from front desk. We were told ice was on second floor. For the duration of our stay we went from fourth floor to second for ice. Took the stairs up last time and realized there was ice machine on the fourth floor after all. Staff needs to be better informed and rooms need to be cleaned WITHOUT A REQUEST.

The hotel was amazing. Only in for 1 night, and I want a reason to come back. The room was very clean and spacious. King bed and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was awful my son says, but my bed was fabulous! The son loved the pool, while I want to have the work out room! All the equipment was clean and functional, the treadmill was very smooth to use. All the weights were available and the machine in the corner had all pieces and functions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was so close to downtown, walking distance to all. I loved it. I will be back
