A claim was filed early 2022 for damage done to a property I no longer lived in but co-owned with my recent ex. Ive since been removed from title, but terms of my separation agreement stated I would receive 50% of the settlement. Ive reached out to Sheri Turner, the adjuster, requesting information regarding the state of said claim. Sheri blew me off, claiming I needed to speak to my ex or her lawyer. My lawyer was informed of Ms. Turners response and requested an explanation from Ms. Turner as well as contact information for her supervisor so that this may be escalated. This was a week and a half ago and weve heard nothing. Sheri Turner clearly does not understand her job and should know the details before making arbitrary decisions that affect others. Very unprofessional, Ms. Turner. Im incredibly disappointed and, quite frankly, very angry with your lack of empathy for your clients.
