The survey crew and staff at D Culbert are hard workers. They are respectful of customers. It's not an easy job.. The field crews especially have a hard job. Locating old property lines working in rough conditions. Dealing with property disputes, wasp nests and big angry dogs. Kudos to the crews and Office staff who deal with customers that think all service jobs are like a drive thru. There is alot that goes into getting a survey done, whether it's for a house or cottage. There are so many stages to be done before a shovel hits the dirt..

I know there arent a lot of choices around here but I implore you, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! I was looking for an Elevation Survey to fulfill the requirements of the local conservation authority. When I called, I had asked to be contacted so I could paint a clear picture of what was required. I received no such call; instead someone was sent on a random day, without contacting me or my wife to take an elevation at a random point without placing a landmark. I was then charged $300. Then when I pointed out the mistake, and thoroughly explaining what was required, they decided that instead of listening to me, they would ask the Conversation Authority, who then told them also, EXACTLY, what was required. I was then told repeatedly that they werent, in fact, given instructions from the Conversation rep. I followed up with the rep who stated with certainty that they had. When I called them out on this, they apologized and also spoke about giving me a credit for what was paid for the first call. Finally, someone came and did what was told! (Yay!) Fast forward 5 months and Im sent another $500 invoice without any credit for what was already paid. And told I was a liar when I brought up all of the previous issues and agreements. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
