Just got a new air conditioning unit. This company was great to deal with! The installers were all friendly & quickly answered any questions. Good price also. We would definitely recommend this business.

Sadly, I must say I'm disappointed with Mr. Heat 'N Cool. I have been trying to have a tankless water heater installed in a park model trailer. Called them Jan. 4. Woman said someone would call me back. Month goes by, no call. I call back. Same story, someone will call me back. A couple of days go by, I get a call back, make arrangements for someone to come and see what I'm looking to have done so I can get an estimate. Mark comes on Feb. 7. Sees what I'm looking for and I also explain I'm having a gas fireplace installed by another business, but can Mark work with them so between them, the necessary gas lines are installed for both the tankless and fireplace. Mark says he will, but in the meantime will email me with quote for the tankless. Never got it. If a company doesn't wish to provide a service to me, that's their right. I just wish they would have the courtesy to tell me that, so I"m not waiting to get something that never comes. If you don't want or need the work, fine, but just tell me that you're not going to provide the estimate or do the work.

Wonderful customer service. These guys are top shelf when it comes to all HVAC needs. They do the job right the first time. I can't speak highly enough of Tony and his professionalism, knowledge and neatness.
