Melissa was amazing to work with from day one! What started out as a casual conversation turned into a great relationship. Immediately she had the ball rolling for us from having a professional photographer with drone in, to creating signage, and placing fresh flowers around our home. She has a great eye for staging your home to give it every last perfect detail it needs to capture the eyes of potential buyers. She communicated with us daily even if it was just to check in. As a new mom, she went the distance to ensure our home was safe from a special sign in our nursery to a mask/sanitizer station upon entering. Within two weeks our house was sold! Trust the process is her motto and it was easy to do with her as our realtor! Her professionalism, knowledge, expertise and kindness shines bright!
