Tyler is an amiable person who is knowledgeable about his products. However, trying to contact him is almost impossible as his office staff will not give out his contact details and customer service do not have the expertise to assist me. As of May 12th, 2023, Tyler and his crew showed up and installed my custom awning and I'm now satisfied with the the result. The install was handled professionally and completed within 2hrs. WOULD RECOMMEND.

We couldnt have been happier with the experience we had dealing with Sunset Blinds. We were amazed at the attention to detail Ty (installer) had when fitting our custom bay window. These blinds have completely transformed our main level. Customer service has gone above and beyond. Ensuring installation dates worked for all, and travelling quite the distance to so. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Very happy with the custom blinds they installed, one motorized blind in my two story foyer and my other windows but I really love the two that were installed on my back patio doors- no screws just clips between the window and gasket.
