August 15, 2020 I have decided to write this review as a sincere thank-you for helping us give my Mom a delicious dinner for her 85th Birthday. We had a Birthday Party for my Mom and ordered Roast Beef, mashed potatoes, corn, carrots and lots of gravy, Caesar salad, rolls, Caesar salad and a large tray of Lasagna - and delicious White chocolate blueberry cheesecake. I picked up the hot food which was given to me in large chafing dishes in a large container that fit in the back seat of my car. The food was served large chafing dishes - on racks provided. The food was piping hot and ready to serve. I cant say how impressed we were with the delicious meal. The Caesar salad was fresh with crispy croutons, plenty of real real bacon pieces with many, many wedges of lemon. The delicious dressing was in a separate container as requested. The fresh ace buns were sliced and buttered. The roast beef was cooked to delicious perfection. The big hit was the delicious lasagna. So delicious - thick with delicious meat sauce and the topping of cheeses - everyone enjoyed this dish so much. The white chocolate blueberry cheesecake went very fast and each guest Loved it. Homemade food - full of flavour and an outstanding value. I had been in and purchased various freezer prepared dinners around a month ago. My son and I tried them out and he loved the roast beef dinner. I loved the lasagna and the chicken Parmesan. My son loved the piece of cheesecake. Once we had tried these foods we knew that they would be the perfect place to have cater for my Moms party. My Mom lives in Grand Cove - a gated community in Grand Bend which is within walking distance of Back in Time. I highly recommend trying the meals sold by this store. Fair prices and delicious food. We have decided to have them again for our family functions. The cleanup was effortless and my 85 year old Mom got to relax and have us handle the food for once (lol).
