Caralene Clement The Travel Agent Next Door-Muskoka

This was my first time using a Travel Agent and it was a great experience. Caralene was amazing. She listened to what a vacation was for us and asked lots of questions. She then presented several options. We ended up having our best vacation yet. Highly recommend her services and will be using her for every vacation moving forward.

Caralene is the best!! We booked our trip to Greece with her and it went without a hitch. Shes very responsive and helped with any questions we had. She was able to coordinate our trip even though one of us lived in another country (USA). It was so nice that all we had to do was sit back and enjoy our trip!

Our family of 8 adults plus 3 infants wanted to plan an all-inclusive vacation. We've never had a vacation like this before and with so many variables and preferences, we knew we couldn't do this alone. Caralene provided us with plenty of beautiful options, lots of information and answered all our questions very promptly. She took all the stress away and made it easy. We were able to quickly book our dream vacation and we can't wait to go!

Caralene is incredible! I cannot recommend her enough. She helped me book flights to Australia in 2019, including an extended layover in New Zealand. When we met up she came prepared with flight options and knowledge of airlines and layovers. When I wanted to return to Canada in September of 2020, she helped me book flights home. Without her expertise I would have felt so overwhelmed trying to find and book flights during the pandemic on a short timeline. She worked hard emailing and calling between my family and I to help me get home. She is always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and she's amazing at what she does because she cares so deeply about you!
