I have been going to Natalia's Sunset Yoga classes for a few weeks now. These classes are challenging yet easy to follow along as Natalia sets up each move to easily transition into the next position. I always leave feeling like I had both a great workout and total relaxation.

Natalia has a unique way of creating a beautiful, comforting ambience in her classes that is transformative and makes you feel like youre somewhere other than where you are (e.g. a local community centre). Her classes are consistently interesting and the right combination of relaxing and challenging. I love the energizing music that she plays and sincerely enjoy the time I spend attending her classes. I cant wait to return!
