It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam and the CHS team on the remodel of our kitchen. Sam was always responsive throughout the whole process and very attentive to any issues that came up along the way. CHS Renos completely remodeled our two bathrooms and did a great job. They kept the chaos contained and were in constant communication with us. Sam was patient with us and our many questions, he listened carefully to what we wanted, and provided great suggestions. Sam is truly one of the most professional, honest, hard working people I have ever met. We had a leaky shower where the water leaked right down into our kitchen ceiling. When I called Sam he immediately came the next day and attacked the issue, he did a thorough check and found the problem. The day that Sam came to our house it was like winning the lottery, never have we ever seen such an approachable, honest, clean, with the greatest work ethics contractor. With a high level of professionalism, combined with an easy-going and approachable nature, and along with a great rapport with his team, Sam made a huge renovation so much easier and so much more painless than I thought possible. Plus, the transformation was incredible. This is the second time Sam has worked for us and there is no one else we plan to use for future projects, of which there are many.
