David was referred to me after selling my house in Toronto and deciding the Niagara region was my next move. I had a strict budget, with a wide area to purchase and little knowledge of the region. Reiterating all positive comments, I would add he made an exhausting experience enjoyable and in todays current environment, that is rare and was so appreciated. Thanks David.

David recently represented my husband and I on a home we purchased as first time home buyers and we cant say enough good things. Even though we were first time buyers, we had previously worked with other real estate agents and David was by far the best. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helped us come up with a strategy to get the house we wanted in the current market. Hes also very responsive and answered our many questions. Highly recommend David and we would absolutely work with him again.

Worked with Dave on the purchase of our new home in NOTL. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate from market value, renovation and construction costs, to putting together a well written APS. He went door knocking for us to find our perfect home in the location we wanted. I always felt like Dave was putting our best interests first which made this a great experience. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
