Arnold Hearing Centres

I came to Arnold Hearing Centre in Guelph after having an unsatisfactory experience at another hearing clinic. I was having issues with my left ear and couldn't hear properly, so I booked a hearing test. The girl at this other clinic was unprofessional and disinterested in her job. I decided to get a second opinion because I was still having issues. I knew I made the right decision from my initial contact with Lindsay. She was friendly, listened to my concerns and promptly booked a hearing test. On the day of the appointment I saw Jesse. She immediately discovered that I had a buildup of wax in my ears and skillfully removed it. I could finally hear again. I was beyond pleased with the service and would highly recommend this centre. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can rest assured that you will get the utmost care. Thanks again Jesse and Lindsay!

I went to see Jesse again this week after concerns about ear wax, tinnitus and possible further hearing loss. I received so much information and went away relieved and satisfied. Turns out I have no ear wax to remove and my hearing didnt get much worse, just reminded that I should my hearing aids and get used to them. Thanks so much Jesse for your advice and help to understand a few things. Love your new office and equipment!

I had an AMAZING experience here! Sarah was amazing and my ears feel so much better! I had really bad ear wax and she was very friendly, professional and I can hear clearly now! Everyone was really nice and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has anything ear related!!!!

Arnold Hearing was recommended to me by a friend so I finally decided to update my aids. Sara and Lindsay are both amazing! I appreciate the excellent service and guidance I have experienced and I value their patience with me. I was delighted there was no pressure and Sara answered my every question thoroughly. I am still learning my new hearing aids and very much appreciate Sara's follow-up visits to be sure I am totally satisfied and comfortable with her product. Five stars for sure.

Such an amazing place!!! They recently moved into a bigger office space and it's very accommodating for people with disabilities. Since the very first time I contacted them and spoke with Lindsay I instantly felt that I found the RIGHT place to help me with finally being able to hear properly. My first appointment Jesse made me feel very comfortable with doing an updated hearing test, from there we booked an appointment a few weeks later to get a pair of trial hearing aids. Being someone who has had 8 set of tubes to now being able to hear is absolutely a blessing. Thank you so much for Jesse and The Arnold Hearing team with changing my life forever.
