Auto Cool

Had heating and A/C issues on my Chev Trax, and Auto Cool was able to immediately diagnose and perform entire radiator, reservoir and coolant replacement (due to rad leak). The quote and service required were clearly explained with no surprises. Modern shop with excellent customer service at reasonable prices and all performed with minimal delay. We unfortunately didn't have the best experience at Auto Cool. We were referred to them by our mechanic and booked in for a service well in advance. We dropped off the car and everything was fine, however when we went to pick the car up and we asked if the issue had been fixed, Joe said the issue was never communicated to him and he was extremely flippant toward us. They still charged us over $250 for coolant flush though. Mistakes/miscommunications happen, especially during what I assume is the busy period, but their customer service could use some work. My sister also had a bad experience about a week ago. I won't go into details as it wasn't my direct experience but she dealt with the same contact. Service: Air conditioning
