Store was nice inside, sales people could improve on customer service and listening. Asked what my budget was, told them $30, was first offered a $40 product that would go down with their discount. I said I'm not interested in a discount find me something around $30. Finds me something at $35 and will go to $30 if I take sign up for.the discount. At this point I got annoyed and just bought it and left, will not be coming back over that interaction. There are many stores in Guelph with friendlier staff, and staff that actually listens when you tell them a budget and your not interested in signing up with them.

Had a bad experience at another shop on Silvercreek. Coming into this store was like a breath of fresh air. The service was excellent and told me what was wrong with the product. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks U

Came in this morning, and the budtender was super positive and helped me get what I wanted. She was quick to provide details. Not to mention she was very welcoming compared to other places I have visited. Will be returning!
