I went to Pfaff Subaru searching for my first brand new car. I received outstanding service from Sadie Watson. She was very helpful when picking out a car that would fit in my budget and had everything that I was looking for. She was very responsive with all follow up questions which made purchasing a vehicle very easy and non stressful. I can't thank you enough Sadie. I love my new Ascent. I went Pfaff Subaru first time but very disappointed. Sales people just ignored the new client deliberately coming in and let me stand in the entrance without greeting me for about 5 minutes, which made me feel so bad. I knew that Subaru is in hot sale but please teach your sales people the basic manners when doing the business unless new clients were not welcomed.
