Chem-Dry Acclaim Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I would give zero stars if I could. Even negative stars if I could. Do not hire this company as the owner (Carl) does not seem to care about his customer service, especially him being the one doing the work. This is a one guy company and he will not accommodate a single inch to help his customers out. Simply no service was performed, Carl refused to do his work and left, uttering the ignorant comment "trash" as he walked out the door. Carl came to my home (where I resided with my 3 small kids as a single parent by the time of this review) and contrary to the email I received with instructions, he refused to use my help to move 2 small dressers, 1 bunk bed and a single bed during the service. Stating that he would not "wait for me to move things" and that "if he couldn't move something himself, the item would not be moved". The email with instructions clearly stated: "If you wish to have large heavy wall units and/or piano etc moved, you will need to have someone on site who is able to assist our Technician on the day." I was there, able to assist, asking to assist, but he refused to move anything, had an absolutely unprofessional attitude and even uttered the ignorant comment I mentioned above on his way out. I had a timeline to accomplish with the property and his lack of professionalism disrupted my plans and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Thankfully I was able to find another company in Guelph that will help me within the time frame I need and do what Carl refused to do.

Carl and Tim did a great job on cleaning a very dirty, heavily stained bedroom carpet in a student rental house. They were on time, professional and explained what could/couldnt be done so I could manage expectations. Some of the stains could not be fully removed as explained, but overall very pleased with the work. Would definitely used them again. Services: General carpet cleaning, Deep clean

Carl and Tim were efficient and did a great job. Carpets and upholstery were completely dry by the next morning. It was great to feel I could walk bare foot on the floors of my new home finally. Services: Upholstery cleaning, General carpet cleaning, Area rug cleaning
