Incompetent public servants that dont know the rules for out of country licenses. After a lot of push I was able to get an Ontario license exchanged for my US one ( only bc i previously had an Ontario license), but they would not add my full license which was ludicrous. After waiting for my copy to come in the mail I get a letter that says I had filed incorrectly and was supposed toget a full license based on my record. Had to go back to, to the same employee who rudely and unprofessionally processed the paperwork. Fast forward today - my spouse is not being granted their out of country license exchange, bc there is no "supervisor" on staff. This is literally a government office for carrying out this service. TLDR: unprofessional, incompetent.

DAVID ! He is the best examiner. I went today for my G and i was very nervous. Before the test began i told him that i am nervous about the test , he asked to take some deep breathes and start the test whenever feel good. Not even for second during my test i felt scared. During my test he even asked me if i am feeling ok. He made my day .

I was on this location for class G driving test. I drove all the way from Mississauga to Guelph as I wanted Friday date. I waited for 15 mins to wait for the examiner . Examiner David was taking my test that day. From the moment he entered my car, he made the whole atmosphere of the car very tense. He didnt talk a single word in the entire test. Also the instructions he was giving were not at all clear and his voice was also very low which I highlighted to him multiple times. He asked me to change lanes from left to right and then back to left in a fraction of seconds which didnt give me enough time to change my signal lights accordingly. He deducted my points for unnecessary things: like one hand driving which I would never do in my life as I use both my hands for driving always. So it was very well decided that he is going to fail me. But had I committed any mistakes I was ok to get failed. But that day I followed all the rules clearly and did my very best in the test still he failed me. So beware guys if he is going be your examiner for the test. He would make the atmosphere so tense in the car that many people would lose there confidence and eventually he will fail them. I would give 0 stars for David. Never ever go to this drive test center and if you go pray that you never get David as your examiner. If he is reading my review : I would like to tell him that if would have failed me for valid reasons I wouldnt have mind it but he failed me for unnecessary reasons. Not sure how your conscience allow this and how you get good sleep at night. Please dont do this to others as many people spend there hard earned money and waste entire day just for this 15 mins test and some frustrated examiner like you fails them for nonsense reasons. God is watching and would never forgive. A big thumbs down for you DAVID !!!!

The lady with white hair is very nice. It's different from what it was 5 years ago. Some people left.
