The owner needs to work on his communication skills. There are legal restrictions when asking questions to employees that are not followed here. If youre looking for a place to watch an employee be scolded in front of paying customers about how their looks will only them so far, perfect place! I may only be a pretty young girl -George, but i most definitely know the difference between a good business owner and a bad one. Needless to say the level of disrespect shown to me i wont ever be back, nor will I be sending further clients to this business.

Terrible customer service! The Pandora bracelet I brought for engraving was scratched and off center. They do not know how to engrave. I bought a Pandora bracelet as a graduation gift for my sister. I asked to have one side engraved with her name and the other with the date. I was told there were no options for font and the letters must be in capital letters. The male sales clerk insisted it'd be better anyways as the "p" and "h" in her name would make things uneven. I agreed and left. I picked up the bracelet a few days later and the name was in a different font. The first letter was capitalized but the rest of the name was not. What's most frustrating is that the name was off center! I asked the female sales clerk about it and she said it's hard to engrave bracelets that have a curved plate. I told her if the curved plate is hard for them to engrave, they should warn customers because no one would want an off centered engraving. She said they do not advise on bracelets purchased outside of their store. I then noticed a 4mm scratch above the name and pointed it out. She tried to wipe it off but couldn't. She then says these types of bracelet scratch easily. I told her this wasn't a cheap bracelet and I'm really unhappy with the quality of engraving, it's meant to be a gift and is now damaged. She responded saying she did not personally do this engraving and it was the owner who did it. I was even more upset about the bracelet after her responses. Additionally, I received no compensation and paid in full for this "engraving"/ damage to the bracelet. I was told there is no way to change or fix the engraving once it's done.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Just went in there to get a couple links out of a watch that will be a Christmas gift and the man behind the counter said it will be 15 minutes, I said that's fine I'll just wait. He said "we are very busy", I replied " that's ok I'll just wait". He proceded to get annoyed that I was going to wait and began being giving me attitude. I said "forget it I'll take it somewhere else", and he practically shoved it back in my hands and said "would you, that's great, thanks." I was so shocked by his rudeness, I couldn't believe it, and told him he was so rude. His reply was oh I know I'm rude! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my entire life. I went in there with a smile on my face, was in a great mood and he sure knew how to take the Christmas spirit out of my day. I will never shop here, and will make sure I tell everyone I know to also not go there. I can't believe they can run a business treating people that way.
