Learning Tree Academy Guelph

Amazing staff, excellent communication, clean and well kept facility. We're so happy with Learning Tree. We've had 2 kids at this center. The staff have always been attentive to my children. My kids are happy and sometimes don't want to leave when I pick them up (a very good sign!). Even during covid (a very tumultuous time with constant public health changes) we always felt Learning Tree did their best to adapt and accommodate. I'm thankful for the Learning Tree community - they have been a tremendous support for us and are an instrumental part of our village.

Amazing staff and facility. My daughter loves going each day and doing all of the activities and learning, which is different every day. Highly recommend this daycare l, they make sure your child is comfortable and you.

Unprofessional and poor communication. My daughter has been on the list for 1.5 years but has consistently been bumped backwards each month. In one month she went from number 35 to number 40. Not proper management of the list and poor communication around it. I dont trust their process. Additionally I have 2 friends that have pulled their children from this place because of high turnover, poor nap conditions, and poor attention to their child. In response to your response Feb 7: It was always clear that we were flexible on start dates meaning I should have been notified when 5 kids went ahead of my daughter in 1 month. I understand your logic below but there is a major lack of communication. shes still not even in with a requested sept 2021 start date (again start date was flexible).

My husband and I are incredibly happy with the school program itself, the kitchen, and especially the preschool teachers and the director (Miss Tina) at the Learning Tree! The attentiveness, communication, professionalism and kindness shown both to the growth of our son in the preschool class and to us as parents during this pandemic has been nothing short of 5 stars! We would highly recommend this daycare and look forward to sending our daughter to the Infant room later this year.
