It is always a delight to work with Optim Financial Solutions - Sun Life. The staff, really? The people there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to even my mundane and often simple questions. As for the more complicated services I have nothing but praise for the overal experience of working with such professionals. I find a star rating is singularly inadequate to express the experience. Since life is filled with joys and delights and oftimes sorrow to merely set a star rating seems to diminish the positive feelings when leaving with a service complete and satisfaction granted.
