Fitness Junction Health & Fitness Club

I can't say enough great things about Fitness Junction - I've been coming to the group training sessions since last July, the classes will push you but are also fun! Each month new sessions are created to keep us on our toes! The trainers (Luke, Alex) are very knowledgeable and will provide modifications if needed. Jon and Jana, the owners of Fitness Junction have built a great team to work with, you won't be disappointed! If you're looking for personal training, come check out the group training sessions.

Not your average gym with rigid contracts and inflexible membership fees! Small classes, personable, and accommodating to individual member's needs. Effective workouts, and fun to boot. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Jana and team, for providing a great space to work out in and to work in a circuit- training format! This beats the usual routines in a gym :). The small classes are personalized and I love the attention each person receives.

Jon & team are fabulous. My trainer Alex was very encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable - I learned a tonne! Alex created a fitness and food plan that was easy to follow and worked great for me. Thank you Jon and Alex for everything!

Highly recommend Fitness Junction if youre looking to achieve any fitness goals and need some extra support or motivation. The group sessions are an amazing and unique way to get the benefits of a personal trainer but at a much more affordable price. The classes are actually fun and engaging, the trainers are very attentive and knowledgeable, and the overall Fitness Junction community is kind and welcoming.
