I had the pleasure of meeting Josie through a networking call, we both shared similar values & were passionate about fitness, eating a well balanced diet, getting enough sleep, & overall, living a holistic lifestyle. Josie graciously agreed to be a Spotlight Speaker within my Facebook Group; Jenn's Journey to Healthy Living & provided my members a free session: Sugar Blues. I was fortunate to come across Josie via LinkedIn due to my interest in health and wellness coaching and I recently had a couple of sessions with Josie. I found Josie to be a skilled coach and great listener- she was able to help me identify some of the root causes of some issues I am experiencing and gave me lots to explore and think about. It has started me off on my journey. I would really recommend Josie to anyone who is interested in wellness coaching.

Josie is a wonderful health and wellness coach with a way of listening and communicating with kindness, understanding and empathy. No matter what you would want to discuss or how it makes you feel, Josie creates a safe place to consider your situation and sift through your own life experiences, to step forward with newfound confidence. I was glad to find her, especially as this online world of ours makes the connection possible even being in a different timezone! I would thoroughly recommend Josie as your coach.
