The medical help is wonderful. The front desk staff not so much. They never turn their phones on to answer the lines when they say they are according to their voicemail. Almost every time I call whether it be after open or lunch they wait an excess of at least 20-30 minutes before turning their line on again. Super frustrating because this is a regular occurrence. I could be more empathetic if this was rare but this is every day. I wish the medical industry cared a little more sometimes.

Dr. Zajdlik has been my family physician for 20+ years. Dr. Zajdlik and her team have always been dedicated, supportive, informative and non-judgmental. With Covid-19 affecting how we live these days they are going above and beyond for their patients.

If you are a new patient to this clinic you do not see Dr Zajdlik you see the Np's instead and their care is very unprofessional to say the least. It is a revolving door of care providers and they are all horrible! Do not waste your time on this clinic.

I have been with Dr.Zajdlik office since the day I was born. The staff are absolutely amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The front secretaries are absolutely amazing! Whenever anyone tells me theyre in need of a family doctor, I will always recommend this dr office. As they have some of the best medical staff. The nurse practitioner is absolutely amazing and so calm when going through processes of procedures. I found that she was so friendly and kind towards me. Dr. Zajdlik is an absolutely amazing human being. She is so kind and understanding towards people. I dont think Ive ever met a kinder, more professional doctor out there. When I was going through a hard time with my mental stability. She was the first person to understand, and hear how I was actually feeling. Im just glad I have the pleasure of calling all these people my doctors office! Theyre so amazing that I moved my fianc from his doctors to my doctor.
