        Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Unprofessional and not helpful; their only goal seems to be to sell you more stuff instead of fixing your current product. Cannot trust a thing that they tell you. They do not honour their warranties; they find a loophole so you have to pay out of pocket instead of it being covered. They do not honour appointment times and instead tell you there's a "delay," but you can pay $90 to "jump the line," or come back five days later to "maybe" have a tech look at your computer. You're better off going to the actual Apple Store for help. Don't waste your time or money here.

        The stone roadmall, jump plus was amazing!! It had a great assistant manager Mark working there, and he was utterly amazing!! He gave me more help than any store could and was very insightful! If u see Mark at the stone road mall Jump plus in guelph, than give him a high five for how amazing he is
