Fantastic knowledge and service. Helped find the perfect fit and style of my new glasses and sunglasses. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My first visit at Eyewell was great! I had Dr. porter and she was inviting and knowledgable, and listened to my concerns even though they are minor. I felt like the dr's and team cared about my needs and worked with what I wanted to provide lenses and frames to suit my needs. They were knowledgeable and I left feeling confident with my new prescription and new glasses. Can't wait to pick them up and have a much better experience with my vision/lessen the issues I was experiencing. Went to another highly rated eye dr in Guelph and left feeling dismissed and uncared for as he was unwilling to acknowledge my mild issues with my vision.

I have visited this office for my eyecare needs now for 5 years and I have to say that the staff are so welcoming and friendly. This medical office is a breath of fresh air. The environment is so calm and relaxing. They are all very engaged and involved with everyone that enters through their doors. Dr. Lukito is exceptional (aside from the fact he makes me cry everytime I am there ).

I went to Dr. Lukito's practice for years, even bringing my family to visit him. He was always extremely professional, and knowledgeable. However, I had an issue which lead me to move to another optometrist. I woke up one day with an eye emergency, called and was told the earliest I could be seen was 4 days later. I would rather give my routine business to a company I know will take care of me when emergencies arise. UPDATE: Dr. Lukito called me personally after this was posted and committed to investigating what happened in this circumstance. As the primary practitioner he took ownership of the situation, even though he likely had no knowledge of the occurrence.

I have been seeing Dr. Lukito for 20 years, since before he moved to his current location. He has been providing quality eye care service second to none! Today I took my aging mom there for an eye exam, who has advanced dementia. The regular 30min appointment ended up to be over an hour long but everyone was super friendly and patient, to make sure that all examinations were done properly and my mom felt comfortable. Its truly a 5-star service! I recommend Dr. Lukito and his EyeWell centre for all your eye care needs!
