Rob helped me buy my condo which was my first property purchase. Rob was extremely professional and easy to work with through the entire process. He is very honest and makes everything easy for his clients. He was always available if I had any questions and was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had. When it came time to sell my condo a year later I did not hesitate to call Rob and have him help me again. Rob knows the market very well and I was very happy with what I sold my condo for a year later. We were first introduced to Rob when our son was looking to get into the market. Rob was the sellers representative of the condo my son purchased. We were so impressed with his honesty and professionalism that when it came time to sell the family home we approached Rob. Rob Garrick and John Van Buskirk, of the Garrick Group Realty (Royal Lepage) were amazing to work with. Our mother was downsizing from a bungalow to condo living and Rob and John worked with our family on the sale of the house. They were very understanding and supportive knowing the stresses of downsizing and putting a family home up for sale.
