I interviewed 3 different realtors to find the right one to sell my home. I'm glad I picked Carolyn Ellerton! Her competition tried to tell me that my home was worth far less then I wanted to sell it for, and that I had to be realistic with my expectations. Turns out my expectations were inline or just too low. Carolyn raised the bar high, and executed. She was pleasant to work with, she always answered my questions promptly and she took care of annoying issue's that came up during closing like an angel. I was lucky to be able to work with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
