        Called and had my machine fixed day off when all other stores were giving me at least two weeks of waiting time. Very friendly and helpful (and not judgy which many machine repair people are). My machine was fixed in an hour for a great price and is up and working well. Was able to fix my brother inovis 5000 which many stores wont do. Definitely would come back!

        Incredible service, fixed my mother and my sewing machine within one day of dropping it off! Not only was he able to fix both our machines, he also gave expert advice on how to prevent the damage from happening in the future. Very helpful & informative gentleman! Thank you so much for helping on my sewing journey! Definitely will return if I ever have issues with my machine again!
