"Wow" what a great company to work with from start, to finish of our project. Guelph Solar was recommended by friends of ours who had already had a solar install done by the company and what a great recommendation that was! Our journey started with Mike, one of the sales team who came to our home to assess our application. Mike spent time describing the panels, the differences in inverters, the warranties, the costs, the process and the current Greener Homes program funding that was available. Before leaving Mike put a drone in the air and flew over our roof then left to do some modelling and put a proposal together for us. Less than a week later we had our proposal. Once we had decided we wanted to move ahead with the project Mike returned and the paperwork was signed and any outstanding questions we had were answered. The Guelph Solar administrative staff took care of all the paperwork required between us and the hydro company and we were underway! The project was scheduled and our lead installer Kai took over. We were made aware when the team would be on-site and they were outside on the roof working hard in bitterly cold weather. The install of the racks and panels went rapidly and everyday that Kai and his crew left, our property was clean and tidy. Peter the electrician had been by to do some preparation work such as assessing our electrical panel and roughing in wiring. Peter returned to complete the hook-up and once ready to have the system inspected by the ESA. Darya in accounts was brilliant to get our payments set-up and invoices issued throughout the various stages of the process. Mike stayed in contact throughout the process and was a simple email away to verify or answer questions we may have had. Lastly came Ian who worked with the SolarEdge team to get our system set-up and registered with the SolarEdge App for our monitoring of the system. Ian was fantastic in communicating the steps required to get setup and it's a nifty APP to use. Would I use this company again or recommend them ... ABSOLUTELY!

Highly recommend Guelph Solar to anyone thinking about a solar project. The team did a great job from start to finish on our net metering installation. Were very happy with the results! Thanks to Chris, Cole, Peter and also the office staff that helped support the project.

It been 6 months since Guelph Solar did an outstanding job on my solar and Powerwall install, and its working really well. They handled every step of the way including providing the equipment and applying for all the permits. The team was great, from Spencer advising and quoting, to Arsalan and the team on the panel installation, and Paul and Matthew who did a really neat job on the complex electrical install, including arranging with HydroOne for net metering. All done by friendly and skilled professionals. I heartily recommend Guelph Solar.

Installation on Dec. 5th 2022 was great. Half day to install and panels registered and operational on the web site by the end of the day. Great to see Company has hired women to do the field work! This Company is very efficient from start to finish and excellent at communicating throughout the project stages.

Guelph Solar is a very professional company to deal with. Right from the beginning, Leo came on site and did an assessment. We were offered a quote and options. After a couple of months of design changes we moved ahead with 45 panels, 10 kWh Inverter, and a Tesla Powerall/Gateway installation which gave us a whole home power backup. The team was exceptional, on time and very courteous. Guelph Solar did all the hard work dealing with ESA and Toronto Hydro, they had to come back a couple of times to makes changes to the system to satisfy both ESA and Hydro... They got the job done... and done right. Today is March 8, yesterday our system produced over 50 kWh of electricity! WOW... Worked better than predicted. A big thank you to the whole Guelph Solar team for a job well done.
