        I had my 2014 escape in for a recall. The service was fast and friendly. The process dealing with appointment booking via text was a first for me, and I have to say , I rather prefer that now a days. The staff behind the counter we're friendly and personable, while the service technicians seemed well organized at their tasks at hand. I will be returning for regular services in the future.
