Huge thank you to the wonderful crew at Carstars! My friend and I were driving to a dog camp with a car full of camping supplies and our puppers until part of someone's car that they'd left behind had gotten lonely on the road and decided to join my undercarriage! Ed and Jessica were able to help us out quickly, with little fuss and lots of patience! Thank you again!!

Ended up with a shattered side window while on vacation in the area. Our timeline was too tight to make a repair work, but without asking they offered to wrap the window, at no charge, until we could get it repaired back home.

Wouldnt deal with again, although my vehicle was returned earlier than expected, all damage points that were noticed by me and I had expressed to CARSTAR were not resolved with no further communication about what was and wasn't being resolved, a different style of exterior accessory that was not previously on the vehicle was put on without any consideration of communication, the vehicle was covered in body filler dust on pick up, the interior was mostly clean with some body filler dust in spots and one of their random screwdrivers, and on top of that an area that had no damage previously now has clear coat peeling off, I was told that it was a previous repair and the clear coat came off from their masking tape, I did not bring my vehicle to this establishment to receive new damage, if you damaged it you should fix the damage that you caused. I will be taking this vehicle to another shop to have the remaining issues looked after as it seems rather clear that in the eyes of CARSTAR their job is finished here Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible communication about changes in timeline, what parts they were waiting on etc. Got the vehicle back after 6 months with broken piece, deer fur still under the hood, issues with paint, wrong size 3M, brake job needed after it sat for 6 months due to them not ordering parts promptly and not taking the entire front end apart when first getting it in January. When we contacted the shop after the original repairs we were brushed off. Currently on my 2nd trip to another shop to fix their mistakes because I refused for them to touch it again.
