I used Power Forward Electric to purchase and install a new 24kw Generac generator for our home. Derek Hillaby (owner) provided excellent service from the beginning of the planning process right through to the final installation. He drove 2 1/2 hrs to do this installation, arriving just after 9:00 a.m. and completing the job by just after 2:00 p.m. He and his assistant (Josh) were highly professional and worked tirelessly all day to ensure that the generator was set up and tested prior to leaving. We used Power Forward for the purchase and installation of our replacement Generac generator and couldnt be more pleased. Derek kept us updated on the timing from the initial order date of the unit right up till the delivery date, which was on the actual date he projected.
