        Very disappointing experience. Have called four times now to try and get a very simple thing changed on my land deed. No one is getting back to me this is been happening since the spring of 2022

        He's a very busy but thorough lawyer who honestly tries to help people. Sometimes people take advantage of his willingness to help by showing up without an appointment. Always gracious, he normally will take the time to hear someone out. There are moments when he appears to be ignoring those who make demands on his time. But it's really just his way of prioritizing what absolutely cannot wait.
