Larry Everetts team, Charmaine and Randy were able to help me with friendly and fast service. Halfway through the job I realized I needed two more truck loads of gravel and Randy did two extra runs for the day to make sure I had my gravel in time for the graders to apply it on my driveway. Been doing business with Larry Everitt and his company since 2002 and have always has 5 star experience.

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am very disappointed with my experience with this company and will certainly not consider using them again based on their terrible customer service and unprofessional attitude towards customers. Hired this company to clear the snow in my cottage driveway back in February. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours to complete the job to which I agreed. I called the day before I went up to the cottage to confirm everything had gone smoothly. I received no reply. Upon arrival less than 25% of the driveway was done. I took pictures and was waiting for a call back to ask why only part of the job was done. 6 Weeks later (April) I receive a call to process my payment. When I expressed my concern I was told I should have brought it up before. When I reminded them that I did call, they claimed they had called and emailed me but I had not responded. I told them I never received calls or emails (I checked spam, trash, phone records - nothing). The response I got was "nothing I can do". I never even got an actual invoice - just a statement of the account being paid. When I followed up to ask to speak to somebody about the issue, I received no response. After 3 follow ups, I received an email from them saying they had nothing to discuss and not to contact again. SERIOUSLY!? I even followed up one last time to ask to reconsider and try to resolve the situation. I was ignored and received no reply. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced - I would not recommend this company. RESULTS: INCOMPLETED JOB NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK GET CHARGED 6 WEEKS LATER FOR INCOMPLETE JOB NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER.
