Working with Sam was a fantastic experience for us. She was our first and only agent we worked with while looking for our dream cottage as we quickly realized how capable she was. When you work with Sam, youre getting access to an agent with an amazing wealth of knowledge, everything from septic systems and local building by-laws to lake water levels and local restaurants/amenities in the Lake of Bays/Haliburton areas. Every place we looked at, shed have a keen eye spotting small details that we may have overlooked and let us know about things we should be aware of or should consider in the future with each particular home. But most importantly, shes a wonderful person whos simply honest, thorough, punctual, and responsive. We never felt pressured into anything but instead, felt that Sam genuinely wanted to help us find a place that was just right for us and really nothing less. We highly recommend her to anyone whos looking to buy a cottage in the area as you really cant find anyone better.
