Mark Dennys - Real Estate Agent Haliburton

Mark recently helped us buy a family cottage near Haliburton. He was super helpful and friendly throughout, paid attention to what we were looking for in a cottage, found us a local building inspector and lawyer (and a plumber) as we live in Nova Scotia. He was always very responsive when we had questions and gave us solid advice during the negotiations. The purchase went smoothly, and he even did a final walk-through for us since we were out-of-province. He knows the Haliburton area so well, and we hope to continue to ask his advice re tradespeople, etc. as we become part of the community.

Mark was clear from the start, very professional, easy to deal with and willing (when needed ) to go the extra mile. His local contacts are amazing and I have picked his brain on numerous occasions about local tradespeople since buying the property (almost 12 months ago) and he has cheerfully provided names and contact details every time - and they've been great recommendations. When (if) we sell we'll be using Mark for sure.
