triable customer service rude on the phone I recommend going somewhere else made us wait 3 weeks then told us they cant do the job unbelievable please do your self a favor save time and call someone else

I share this review for the purpose of setting expectations with others that are considering to use Petrini. First of all, from receiving a quote (and placing a deposit) to the work starting took approximately 8 months. There were substantial issues with the installation after it was completed which resulted in water damage to our house, Petrini offered no assistance in dealing with the damage caused by their work. Addressing these concerns took an additional 2 months. The issues were partially resolved, however outstanding issues remain with aesthetic elements of the install. I shared all of this feedback with Petrini, they offered no further assistance. Since they've offered no further help and simply accepted my money I can only assume they consider this "good enough". I consider it sub standard. Throughout communication was completely lead by me. Contractors continually turned up unannounced when we were not around to guide them. If they simply communicated with us and were more proactive about their efforts this would have been way better. Service: Gutter installation

Petrini Construction just completed three major repairs to my cottage roof. They provided a prompt, fair quote, completed the work in a few weeks (amazing as a few other companies couldn't be bothered to return my phone calls - for MONTHS - let alone give me an estimate!) Nathan and Heather were professional, pleasant to deal with and returned my calls and emails promptly!! I look forward to hiring Petrini Construction for future work at my cottage! Well done!!
