I am an avid user of the app Vinted, and when I purchase an item and use UPS, it gives me the option of having my items shipped to the EZ Mart, so I chose that as it was close to where I live. I ordered 7 or 8 items, and paid $8.95 shipping for each item. When it would say that a package was in, (and I check the app multiple times a day,) I would go to the EZ Mart and ask about my packages. Each time they said there was nothing there for me. One of the shippers sent me a picture of the package that EZ Mart returned, and it said that the shipper refused the package. They did this with all my packages. I got a refund for my items but had to pay the shipping all over again, that's almost $70 or $80 I had to pay again because of EZ Mart! I will never go there again for anything, and will not recommend to anyone to have anything shipped there. They were also rude to me and refused to listen when I told them the app has the option to ship it directly there, they just brushed me off. Terrible customer service.
