My dealer chose this as a substitute for the GM factory liner. I'm disappointed. I thought this was supposed to be a rugged finish for serious work. It only took me a week to have a chunk out of it. Maybe this is what's expected. If you were only going to slide plastic totes in and out of your truck, this product may be for you. I have had fire wood take chunks out of it. They've offered to re-coat the damage (now a dozen spots).

Wow! I will preface the entire review by simply saying I am more than impressed and happy. Once I heard that there was a color matched product for my bed liner, I knew it would be what I did for my vehicle and I contacted Line-X immediately. Due to covid and the economic lockdowns, they were struggling to get the neutral product that can be tinted, and worked with me for months on scheduling until they could get it in stock. Rita provided excellent customer service from the very first time I contacted them until I picked up my finished truck. Because the color of my truck is not officially available, they had me work with one of their partners to have the color digitally matched, I was impressed with their willingness to make this work. Bruce and the technical team did an incredible job, these guys obviously know what they're doing. Everything is even and consistent, and all the lines are perfect and crispy. Really impressed. No one else has a truck like this, I am happy and would do business with Line-X Hamilton again without hesitation.
